"Excellent location. A 2 minute walk to the Champs Elysee, could not have asked for a better location. We walked everywhere, so didn’t use the metro station that is close by, but that will be handy for other guests, I’m sure. Good sized apartment, on the top floor. Washing machine to do laundry was very much appreciated. The apartment is close to lots of food options, we went to Monoprix food hall quite a bit and also found a small convenience store 2 streets away. Arc de Triomphe is about a 10 minute, maybe, walk away. The Eiffel Tower is roughly a 20 minute walk, you can also do river cruises from near the Eiffel Tower. Great communication with the managers/ hosts. I would stay again, if I ever get back to Paris."

"The hot water heater, in the bathroom, dripped onto the toilet seat, this might need to be looked into. One of the shower dials/taps was broken completely when we arrived, and the other one you had to be careful not to put too much pressure on it when turning on or off as that would come off also. These were mentioned to the manager, so hopefully this will be looked into. The lift was not working when we arrived, management were advised and got onto it asap, within a couple of hours it was working. We did need to carry our suitcases up 5 flights of stairs though - as mentioned, management were apologetic about this and it was rectified quickly and the lift worked perfectly for the rest of our stay. A few minor updates could be done, the kitchen counter needs looking at, and the couch is looking a bit tired. More power points would be handy, but in an old building, may not be feasible. All in all, the management team were very responsive and helpful."

"The elevator was not working on two of the days. The apartment is on the 5th floor so we had a bit of a challenge going up and down. The issue was resolved."

"Loads of space, double room was two twin bed zipped together so extra large. Really appreciated the aircon unit and fans during the heat wave! Location is incredible!"

"Location- close to almost everything Apartment- big enough to fit 4 to 5 person, rooms are spacious. There were no staff, but the owner was very accommodating, even in the middle of the night he was willing to help with no worries. Overall experience was good. Will definitely come back and recommend this place"

"Bed- making a sound everytime you make a turn Floor- maybe bcos it's old, it's creeking each time you walk. Door- just not a fan of smart locks, they can be easy and also complicated at the same. It also make a loud noise when closing and opening."
